The West Court Rules Paper Wreath

I am not crafty. At all.
But I’ve been hanging onto my 2010 West court rules books because I knew, just knew, that the right paper project would come along.
And it did.
I started with this:
And, using local rules from counties I never practice in, some cardboard, staples, ribbon, and a lot of glue, I created this:

It’s no masterpiece (remember, I am not a craft person), but I’m pleased.
Here’s a detail:
Yes, that’s not completely dry glue you see. What? I’m also impatient.

That is about the best usage of such a periodical that I have seen!
I love it!!
Technically, that’s contempt.
